Is it time for summer vacation yet, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, new foreclosure listings and pending listings were down, while closed listings were way up from last week. In fact, there were almost as many closed listings as new listings, and that’s pretty good news. I mean, what more could a girl ask for? Well, other than a real vacation, of course

It’s hard to believe the first fourth of the year is already behind us, but here we are almost in May and well into Q2. And speaking of that first quarter, it’s finally time to look back on the last month of it and see if March rounded out the quarter in a happy, warm fuzzy way. So, let’s take a whole lot of home sales numbers from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, put them in charts, and make them pretty and actually make sense. Sound good? OK!
