Happy New Year! Since it’s the start of a new revolution around the sun, this week’s topic has to do with the new year and what real estate resolutions you have for it. I know Mr. Trotta and I have a lot of small renovation projects lined up for 2010 that we’ve been putting off since last year… and maybe the year before that.
