The weekly poll is wondering how to get the most bang out of its marketing buck. Go vote and let it know what you think.

This week’s topic is about  house marketing and which methods you think are best to use to get a home sold in no time flat. I’ve had a lot of conversations recently about how effective print advertising is when selling a home, and I’ve gotten a lot of different answers — mostly depending on whether the person I’m talking to is currently trying to sell their home or not.  I do a lot of online marketing for my listings and tend not to focus on print media too much, but that certainly doesn’t mean that homes don’t sell every day as a result of newspaper ads and real estate magazines. And heck, don’t underestimate the power of good, old-fashioned signs and flyers to draw in potential buyers.

So what about you? What do you think is the single most effective marketing tool a seller or their agent can use when selling a home? Is it newfangled online ads and listings or do you think print ads are still around for good reason? Or maybe you think it’s something else entirely like good old fashioned flyers and signs? Cast your vote and let me know.
