Since AAKT is getting ready to go on holiday hiatus soon (more on this in the following days…), I thought this week’s topic should be one that will see you, my faithful readers, all the way through the holiday season. So, instead of waiting until just before good old Saint Nick is due to make his appearance, I thought I’d go ahead and ask what real estate wish you would like the jolly guy in red to grant you this year. Things are certainly a little better in the Knoxville real estate market this year than they were last December, but that doesn’t mean you can’t dream big at this, the most wonderful time of the year, right?
So what about you? What’s your big real estate wish for Santa? Would you ask for a nice big check to pay off your mortgage? Or how about a cash buyer for your home? Or maybe Santa could bring you that swanky kitchen remodel you’ve been longing for all year? Cast your vote and let me know.
