The Weekly Poll: How will you save on heating costs this winter?

The weekly poll is starting to get a little chilly. Go vote and help it warm up a little.
This week’s topic is about heating costs and how you plan to keep yours low this winter. If the predictions that are being made about the coming winter are true, it’s gonna be an awfully cold one. And if you live in an older home like I do, your thoughts may be turning to your KUB bill and how to keep it under control. For us, that means putting new insulation in our crawlspace before the cold weather arrives and also having our furnace serviced to make sure it’s in tip top condition before we really start needing it the most. And of course, we will be also wearing a lot of warm socks and sweaters around the house come December and January.
So what about you? What’s your plan to keep your heating costs low this winter? Will you do some extra insulating around the house? Or will you just settle for adding some extra insulation around your body? Cast your vote and let me know.
