		<description>I think that light people see at the end of the proverbial tunnel is either wishful thinking or the train entering the tunnel from the other end. 

Our Knoxville market actually didn&#039;t fall very far pricewise compared to other areas but the bottom has certainly dropped out of our volume compared to past years. 

2010 might be the year for a rebound but it also might take until 2011 or so. 

Consumer confidence is low now combined with high unemployment.</description>
