Welcome to the very last Foreclosure Watch of 2011, Watchers! With any luck, I’ll have time to get some year end charty goodness up in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a very Joyous Solstice, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were down, pending listings were higher than they’ve been since August and closed foreclosure listings stayed the same.
Let it snow, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings stayed the same, while pending and closed listings were both just slightly up. That’s not a blizzard of good news, but it’s better than nothing.
The holiday season is officially upon us, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were up, pending listings were down, and closed foreclosure listings were flat. This is the fourth week in a row that active listings have gone up, and they are now the highest that they’ve been since August of this year. Yeah, somehow that doesn’t quite put me in the holiday spirit.
Gobble, gobble, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending listings were both slightly up, while closed foreclosure listings were down just a bit. For those of you who are keeping score, that means it’s the second week in a row that the numbers have moved in those directions. Let’s just be grateful that at least the pendings are going up.
Why is it already dark outside, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were up, while pending and closed listings were both down. I really hope our foreclosure buyers haven’t already gone into hibernation…
Do you have a candy hangover, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were down, pending listings were up by one and closed foreclosure listings were up by a third. It’s interesting to note this week that there were twice as many closed listings as new listings (18 closings vs 9 new listings). I like it!
Where’s my candy at, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and closed foreclosures were both up, while pending foreclosure listings were down. So, more tricks than treats, really. Boo.
Brrrr, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, pending and closed foreclosures were both up, while active foreclosure listings were down. For those of you playing along at home, that means all the numbers moved in the right direction, and that’s a very good thing.
Whatcha up to, Watchers? In this week’s installment of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and closed foreclosure listings were down, while pending listings were up. Even though active listings were down, they’re still higher than they’ve been since August. It will be interesting to see if we stay below 200 coming into the end of the year or if some of that “shadow inventory” we’ve been hearing so much about will finally arrive and drive the inventory up.
