What’s up, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were up by one, pending listings were down, and closings were up a good bit. In fact, there were 14 foreclosure listings that closed last week, which is an awful lot for the middle of the month.
Welcome to 2012, Watchers! In the year’s first installment of Foreclosure Watch, active listings were down, while pending and closed sales were up. Now THAT’S how I like to start off a new year!
Happy New Year Watchers! Another year of foreclosure watching is behind us and that means it’s time to take a moment and look back on the year that was in bank owned properties in Knoxville. Oh, and of course, to see which zip codes came out ahead — for better or worse — in the new listings and closed listings categories.
Welcome to the very last Foreclosure Watch of 2011, Watchers! With any luck, I’ll have time to get some year end charty goodness up in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a very Joyous Solstice, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were down, pending listings were higher than they’ve been since August and closed foreclosure listings stayed the same.
Let it snow, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings stayed the same, while pending and closed listings were both just slightly up. That’s not a blizzard of good news, but it’s better than nothing.
The holiday season is officially upon us, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were up, pending listings were down, and closed foreclosure listings were flat. This is the fourth week in a row that active listings have gone up, and they are now the highest that they’ve been since August of this year. Yeah, somehow that doesn’t quite put me in the holiday spirit.
Gobble, gobble, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending listings were both slightly up, while closed foreclosure listings were down just a bit. For those of you who are keeping score, that means it’s the second week in a row that the numbers have moved in those directions. Let’s just be grateful that at least the pendings are going up.
