Welcome to Spring, Watchers! In this edition of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings are down and pendings and closings are both up. That’s pretty good news to go with this lovely weather don’t you think?
Happy Pi Day, Watchers! In this edition of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings are up by one, pendings are up by a bit, and closings are down by one. Not so bad, really.
How is it already time to spring forward again, Watchers? In this edition of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings are up, while pendings and closings are both down. In a word: boo.
Happy Leap Day, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were slightly up, pending listings were slightly down and closings were more than double what they were last week. I’m telling you, the foreclosure market is hot out there right now, folks.
Laissez les bons temps rouler, Watchers (albeit a few days late)! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were lower than they’ve been since March 2001, pending listings were up and closings were down by half. At least 2012 isn’t giving us a boring ride so far, huh?

Is it Spring already, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active & closed foreclosure listings were both down, while pendings were up a good bit. In fact, pendings were the highest they’ve been since May 2010. And as we all know, pendings often grow up to become closings, so that’s a very good thing, indeed.
