Well, howdy, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were slightly down, pending listings were slightly up, and closed listings were also slightly up. And you know what? I think that’s slightly awesome.
This week Neighborhood of the Week heads back out west to revisit a large, affordable neighborhood that’s just a hop, skip and a jump away from a community swimming pool : Crestwood Hills.
Happy Walpurgisnacht, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were down, closed listings were up, and pending listings were at another all-time FW high. So, let’s cap: awesome, awesome, TOTALLY awesome.
Happy early Valentine’s Day, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were up by 1, pending listings were down by 1, and closings were down a good bit. Hey, it’s the beginning the month. You can’t really ask for a lot of closings, you know?
