Word up, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were down by 1, pending listings were down by 2, and closings were up a good bit. All I can say is, keep those closings coming!
This week Neighborhood of the Week heads south across the Henley Street bridge (well, actually detours to the Gay St bridge for the next good while) to revisit a nice little community right on the Dogwood Trail: Colonial Village.
Let it snow, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings stayed the same, while pending and closed listings were both just slightly up. That’s not a blizzard of good news, but it’s better than nothing.
