This week, Neighborhood of the Week heads back to West Knoxville to visit a groovy little lakefront community called Cove Point.

Located just off of the section of Northshore Drive between Rocky Hill and Ebenezer Road, Cove Point is just minutes away from I-140 and just a few more minutes away from I-40 Kingston Pike. In fact, together with Victoria’s Inlet, it’s one of the most convenient lake front locations on the west side of town.

Homes in Cove Point were built mostly in the 1960s, and the home styles definitely reflect the time period. You’ll see a lot of wood, stone, and other generally groovy architectural features throughout the neighborhood.

So if you’re looking for a lake front home with character that’s convenient to just about anywhere in West Knoxville, Cove Point might be just what you’re looking for.

As always, if you want any more information about any of these properties, or if you’d like to check one of them out in person, just give me a shout.
If you would like to receive a full list of properties for sale in this neighborhood, or if you would like to be notified of new listings, send me an email with either “Current Cove Point Listings” or “New Cove Point Listings” in the subject line and I’ll take care of the rest. Spam is for cans, baby.
Know a great neighborhood you think has NOTW potential? Let me know about it and you might just see it featured here in the coming weeks.
