Nice to see ya again, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending foreclosure listings were both slightly up, while closings were way down. But hey, it’s not the end of the month any more, so whatdaya want?
In new listing news, 37917 was the clear winner with 4 new foreclosure listings last week. Other zips with more than one new listing included 37914, 37918, 37920, 37921, and 37938.
Over in closed listings, 37912 was the only zip with more than 1 and it only had 2. Others zips that had a closed foreclosure listings last week were 37721, 37920, 37921, and 37922. And 37918 is in the lead so far this year with a total of 51 closed foreclosure listings.
