Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: November 28, 2012

Did you win the Powerball Watchers? If so, don’t forget your favorite real estate blogger, K? 🙂 This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending foreclosures were both slightly up, while closings were both slightly down. All in all, only slightly good, but that’s better than really bad, I suppose.

There were 20 new foreclosure listings and old favorite 37917 had the most with 4. Other zip codes with more than one new foreclosure listing included 37919, 37920, 37921, and 37931.

There were 7 closed foreclosure listings last week and they broke down like this: 2 in 37922 and 1 each in 37912, 37917, 37919, 37920 and 37924.

Now for the breakdown –
