Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: March 10, 2010
So, how’s it goin’, Watchers? In this week’s episode of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listing were slightly down, pending listing were slightly up and closed listings were way, way down. But it’s hard for those closings to live up to the record breaking number they hit last week, right?
In new listing news, 37917 got back in the game with 5 new foreclosure listings. Other zips with more than one new listing included 37909, 37919, 37921 and 37924. In other words, West Knoxville’s got foreclosure worry too, yo.
There were only 4 closed foreclosure listings last week and they broke down like this: 1 in 37912, 1 in 37918, 1 in 37920 and 1 in 37931.
