Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: June 9, 2010
Word to the Watchers. This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and closed listings were down, while pendings were up by one. I’m just glad to see those actives back down from last week’s record high.
37921 had the most new foreclosure listings this week with 4. Other zips with more than one new listing included 37721, 37871, 37909, 37912, 37918, 37920, 37931, 37932, 37938.
There were 10 closed foreclosure listings last week and 37721 had the most with 3. Uh… go Gibbs? The rest broke down like this: 2 each in 37914 and 37918 and 1 each in 37914, 37920 and 37938.
