Hot enough for ya, Watchers?  In this week’s installment of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active listings were up while pending and closed listings were both down. In other words, the numbers are moving in all the wrong directions. Dangit.

In new listing news, 37914 and 37921 tied for first place with 4 each and 37915 was the only other zip with more than 1 new foreclosure listing with 2. And 37917 remains in first place with 66 new foreclosure listings so far this year.

Meanwhile in closed listing news, 37917 and 37931 had the most with 2 each and 37918, 37919, 37921, 37922 & 37923 all had 1 each. And 37918 is still in first place this year with 35 closed foreclosure listings.

Notable New Listings:

North: $124,900 (3 BR, 2 BA, 1300+ sq ft in Halls)

South: No other new South Knox listings!

East: $69,000 (3 BR, 1 BA, 1500+ sq ft on N Chilhowee)

West: $144,900 (3 BR, 2 BA, 2100+ sq ft in Glenview)
