Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: July 21, 2010
‘Sup, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were finally down for the second week in a row, pendings were up for the second week in a row, and closings were up a good bit. Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about!
37918 had the most new listings this week with 3. Other zips with more than one new foreclosure listing included 37849 and 37912. Yeah, they were kind of spread out this week. And 37197 is in the lead overall with 75 new foreclosure listings so far this year.
Over in closed listings, 37931 had the most with the 3. The rest broke down like this: 2 each in 37912, and 37918 and 1 each in 37871, 37914, 37917, 37920, 37921 and 37924. 37918 is leading this category with 42 closed listings so far this year.
