Welcome to the first official Foreclosure Watch of 2013, Watchers! Since we’re starting with blank slate, as we do at the beginning of every year, charts will be at a minimum until there’s enough data to fill them. They should be back next week. Don’t panic. And yes, the 2012 FW year end wrap up is still coming — just as soon as I can get caught up on all this other “work” stuff I have to do.
