If we have six more weeks of winter, I know a certain woodchuck that’s going to have some explaining to do, Watchers. This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending listings were both down, while closed listings were up by one. All in all, 2013 is off to a quiet start on the foreclosure front.
There were 14 new listings last week, and 37918 and 37920 tied for first place with 3 each.
There were 10 closed foreclosure listings last week and 37721 was the only zip with more than one closing and it had 2.
