This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending listings were both down, while closed listings were up by one. All in all, 2013 is off to a quiet start on the foreclosure front.
There were 14 new listings last week, and 37918 and 37920 tied for first place with 3 each.
There were 10 closed foreclosure listings last week and 37721 was the only zip with more than one closing and it had 2.
