Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: January 27, 2010
Whatcha up to Watchers? In this week’s installment of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were down, while pending and closed foreclosures listings were both up. And yeah, those are all moving in the right directions. Go, go, 2010 Knoxville real estate market!
In new listing news, 37914 had the most with 4 new foreclosure listings. Other zips with more than new listing included 37806, 37849, 37917, 37918, 37920, and 37921.
37914 was also the leader in closings this week, with 4 closed foreclosure listings. The other closed listings broke down like this: 2 each in 37912 and 37918 and 1 each in 37849, 37917, 37920, and 37934. And 37917 is in the lead so far with 6 closed foreclosure listings so far this year.
