Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: January 18, 2012
What’s up, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were up by one, pending listings were down, and closings were up a good bit. In fact, there were 14 foreclosure listings that closed last week, which is an awful lot for the middle of the month.
In new listing news, 37921 got off to a dubious start this year with 5 new foreclosure listings. Other zip codes with more than one new listing included 37918, 37920, 37924 and 37932.
As mentioned, there were 14 closed foreclosure listings last week and they were pretty spread out. There were 2 each in 37849, 37912, 37917 and 37934 and 1 each in 37871, 37915, 37919, 37920, 37924 and 37938.
