Knoxville Foreclosure Watch: January 13, 2010
Happy heat wave, Watchers! In this week’s first above-freezing 2010 installment of Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosures listings were down, while pending and closed foreclosure listings were both up. Now, that’s the way I like to see those numbers move!
Over in new listing news, 37920 continued its 2010 foreclosure streak with 4 new ones last week, easily making it the leader so far for the year. Only two other zips had more than one new listing and those were 37917 and 37918 with 3 each.
Meanwhile over in closed listing land. 37917 had the most with 2, while 37849, 37912, 37919 and 37934 all had 1 each.
