Ho, ho, ho, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, pending foreclosure listings were down, but active and closed foreclosure listings were both down like Jolly Old Saint Nick down the chimney. Also, closings were double the number of new foreclosure listings. It’s a small Christmas present, but I’ll take it.
