Happy Holidays, Watchers! I’ve been on an extended vacation, and when I’m on vacation, Foreclosure Watch is on vacation. So, while FW will be back in a few short days for its last installment of the year (including a special end of the year wrap up), I thought I would go ahead catch you guys up on what closed and where while I was away. Consider it a little late Christmas present.

Notable Closing: 5 BR, 5 full bath, 2 half bath, 5000+ sq ft new construction in Montgomery Cove that was listed at $899,900 and sold for $592,500. Ouch.
