Welcome Back Watchers. This week on Foreclosure Watch, active listings went down for the first time in weeks, pendings finally went up, and closings went up by one. Interesting for a week of total global financial turmoil, no?
In new listing news, 37912 and 37914 had the most with 3 each. Other zips with more than one new listing included 37918, 37920, and 37921. No new listings in 37917 for the first time in a long time.
There were only five closed listings, one in 37918 and two each in 37917 and 37920.
