Laissez les bons temps rouler, Watchers (albeit a few days late)! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were lower than they’ve been since March 2001, pending listings were up and closings were down by half. At least 2012 isn’t giving us a boring ride so far, huh?
Word up, Watchers! This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were down by 1, pending listings were down by 2, and closings were up a good bit. All I can say is, keep those closings coming!

Is it Spring already, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active & closed foreclosure listings were both down, while pendings were up a good bit. In fact, pendings were the highest they’ve been since May 2010. And as we all know, pendings often grow up to become closings, so that’s a very good thing, indeed.
What’s up, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active foreclosure listings were up by one, pending listings were down, and closings were up a good bit. In fact, there were 14 foreclosure listings that closed last week, which is an awful lot for the middle of the month.
