About

All Around KTown is a blog all about the Knoxville real estate market and is brought to you by me, Suzy Trotta, hardworking Realtor by day, intrepid real estate blogger by night. Here’s what you won’t find on All Around KTown -

  • Sales pitches
  • Canned content
  • Pictures of my cats (even though they are totally adorable)

Here’s what you will find -

  • The latest information on the Knoxville real estate market
  • Detailed profiles of Knoxville neighborhoods
  • Round-ups of local and national real estate news
  • Reviews of helpful real estate tools and websites
  • A nifty weekly poll

As for me, when I’m not bringing you the latest on the Knoxville real estate market, I’m working hard to help people buy and sell homes. I come from a family of agents, brokers, builders and developers in Middle Tennessee and have worked as an agent in both Memphis and Knoxville. I currently hang my license with Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace, REALTORS at the West Town office.

Other interesting, but perhaps totally irrelevant, information about me:

  • I speak half-way fluent German.
  • I attended UTK, where I earned both my BA and MA.
  • I enjoy traveling to places where there is no cell phone reception.
  • I have met both George Jones and James Earl Jones in person.

In addition to my blogging at All Around KTown, I also write the Knoxville Neighborhood Guide for Knoxify, a blog camp dedicated to all things good about Knoxville. Check it out when you’ve worn yourself out over here.
